The best advice for the day is always to put your socks in the oven and when you’re done, leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours, the authors say.
They advise not to microwave the food you’re preparing.
In the meantime, they suggest washing dishes in a sink.
And don’t take the risk of getting your food too hot.
“If you don’t feel like doing that, don, don ‘t cook with your food,” says the authors.
It’s better to use an ice bath or ice cube tray than a pan.
And be aware of the ingredients you’re using.
“Some of the more popular ingredients are egg yolks, corn starch, coconut oil, soy sauce and vinegar,” says Gaudette.
“They’re not the best.
They may not be as healthy as you want them to be.
But it may be a healthier choice than cooking the food in a frying pan.”
